Classes are held weekly in the Forest Cove neighborhood from 6-7pm. Please check your test messages for schedule changes or cancellations. 

What should I wear to a Pilates session?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement. Socks with grips are recommended for added stability.

Are Pilates sessions suitable for beginners?

Yes, classes cater to individuals of all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Modifications, adaptations, and guidance is provided as needed.
